Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Events Driver to join our hospitality and catering team in Greater London. This temporary full‑time role is essential for ensuring the smooth transportation of equipment and staff to various event locations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and supporting our events team in creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Transport event equipment and staff to and from various locations in a timely manner.
• Ensure the vehicle is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving.
• Communicate effectively with event coordinators and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and event attendees.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a driving role, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
