IT Service Desk Agent needed in Winsford
This is a temporary contract initially paying £13.44ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be office based in Winsford working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shifts 7-3 / 8-4 or 9-5)
They should have a confident telephone manner, the ability to listen and take full details of a situation and ability to gather information to assess what course of action is needed. They will need good attention to detail as will be working on 1st line trouble shooting
They will be working in a team of 7 but will be supporting around 4000 users. No qualifications needed or previous experience, but someone who can learn the escalation processes and support with basic fixes and trouble shooting.
