Catering Supervisor

What you’ll be doing:

• Motivate and manage a catering team.
• Provide friendly, warm service and engage with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Control and manage budgets.
• Ensure continuous team communication, build internal and external relationships, and report to management and clients to enable operational excellence.
• Accountable for COSHH, food safety, health & safety, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and service areas.
• Prepare and cook food, assemble dishes, and maintain well‑stocked food stations.
• Assist during busy periods, special events, or across different stations as required.

Working Pattern: 30 hours per week | 5 days out of 7 (alternate weekends) | shift times between 7:30am and 7:30pm
