Community Care Champion for Children & Young People

Love Care is actively seeking passionate and compassionate support workers to join their LOVE@Care Team in Glasgow. This role involves helping vulnerable children and young adults engage in activities within the community, fostering positive relationships, and working towards individual care goals.
