Community Wound Care Support Worker – Leg Ulcers

The NHS is currently seeking a Health Care Support Worker to join their community nursing team based in clinics across Braintree, Maldon, and Chelmsford. This role involves assisting registered staff in providing care to patients with leg ulcers, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, experience in a health or care environment, and a willingness to develop skills. Applicants must also be car drivers with basic IT skills.
