Demolition Operative – Void Refurbs + Company Van

Fawkes and Reece is searching for a CSCS Demolition Operative for a long-term contract in Chesterfield. The role involves demolition work, including ripping out kitchens and bathrooms, keeping the site clean, and driving a company van.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card, a driving licence with a maximum of 5 points, and previous labouring experience. You will also need to pass a facefit test and provide two work references if previously untested with Fawkes & Reece.
