About NHDC
National Handloom Development Corporation Limited (NHDC) was set up in February, 1983 by the Government of India as a public sector undertaking under the ambit of Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India in pursuance of the imperative need for a national level agency to assist the speedy development of the handloom sector with the help of 07 Regional Offices and 32 Branch offices. NHDC Ltd. is inviting applications for the empanelment of Senior Advocates/Advocates on a contractual basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a university recognised by the Bar Council of India.
Candidates must have substantial and proven experience in litigation and legal advisory across various domains such as:
Commercial and Civil Law
Service and Company Law
Banking and Contract Law
Arbitration and Conciliation
Labour and Constitutional Law
Taxation and Intellectual Property Rights
Other relevant legal areas
