Responsibilities
Main duties: To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:
- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- To follow up on orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly
- To advise customers on product suitability
- To complete necessary administration and keep the customer records up to date
- To liaise with Servicing department to schedule installation of product and servicing
- To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement
Candidate’s Profile
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in customer service – Essential
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
