SEN Learning Support Specialist (1:1 & Small Groups)

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant in Hockley to provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will help children overcome learning barriers and build confidence while working in a passionate and inclusive team environment.

This full-time permanent role requires support five days a week, aligning with school hours. Candidates should have SEN experience and effective behaviour management skills.
