Maintenance Assistant

Job Description

A Maintenance Assistant in our Hotels team helps ensure the physical safety and functionality of the hotel by delivering memorable experiences that brighten guests’ stays.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Support hotel facility maintenance: assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
• Respond to service requests: handle guest calls and team member work orders quickly.
• Support a variety of maintenance tasks: conduct repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Document maintenance activities: record completed inspections and repairs, and flag any issues requiring further attention.
