About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and directing marketing programs for a significant product or product category across its full lifecycle. It combines market research and customer insight with strategic ownership of product direction, pricing, positioning, budgets, and profitability. The role works closely with cross‑functional partners including engineering, design, suppliers, and customers to define product requirements, guide feature enhancements, and deliver successful product launches and updates. As a senior, highly experienced professional, the role requires deep subject‑matter expertise, independent problem‑solving, and minimal supervision, while also acting as a trusted advisor and resource for less experienced colleagues and leading defined projects or ongoing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategy across multiple products at different lifecycle stages
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling messaging and differentiated positioning
  • Build and deliver content and campaigns with strong storytelling foundations across email, social, web, webinars, sales enablement, and events
  • Explore and apply AI tools in your own workflow including prompt engineering, content generation, automation, and testing
  • Actively test and evolve messages through feedback loops and data insights
  • Create and maintain structured tracking methods to manage deadlines, assets, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Tolley and Legal UK to align on messaging, campaigns, and priorities
  • Support go‑to‑market strategy for product launches and commercial initiatives
  • Maintain fluency with the broader Tolley Tax and LexisNexis ecosystem
  • Champion change and operate confidently within a matrixed organisation, working across large commercial structures and small agile teams
  • Navigate multiple stakeholder priorities and competing product demands with clarity and accountability

Requirements

  • Proven B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise, legal tech, or professional services
  • Strong technical fluency with a working knowledge of generative AI tools and the confidence to experiment and adapt
  • Excellent storytelling ability with a structured approach to messaging and audience‑specific communication
  • Highly organized with personal methods for tracking workload, deliverables, and performance
  • Proficient in translating complex, technical information into compelling marketing campaigns and collateral
  • Comfortable working across multiple products and stakeholder groups
  • Clear communicator with strong writing and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the LexisNexis or Tollet Tax product ecosystem is a plus but not essential
  • Willingness to travel regularly to London to collaborate with Legal UK teams
