HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers – Parcel Distribution | Exeter

Magnus Search are looking for Class 1 Drivers who are immediately available in Exeter to support one of the UK’s leading parcel and mail distribution networks.

This role offers competitive pay ranging from £20.32 to £23.85 per hour, paid weekly, with a variety of shift patterns including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport parcels between distribution hubs and delivery centres
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, securely, and on time
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records
• Communicate effectively with transport, dispatch, and warehouse teams

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence (minimum 12 months)
• Valid Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Previous trunking or parcel distribution experience (preferred)
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
• Subject to an enhanced DBS check / update service check
