Our kitchen is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team.Duties will include developing, implementing, and delivering recipes. Daily preparation of food andensuring the kitchen is kept hygienically clean.You will have a passion for preparing and cooking great-quality food and have a good workingknowledge of the principles of HAACP and be able to maintain an excellent standard of foodpreparation. You will possess excellent time and people management skills, have the ability to superviseand train others.A minimum of 2 years within a similarly sized operation. NVQ level 2/3 is essential, and basicFood hygiene (CIEH Level 2) is desirable but not essential, as training will be given.Work permit/visa candidates will not be considered for permanent positions.
