Community Employment Coach: Transform Lives

Red 5 People is seeking passionate individuals to support learners with autism and disabilities in Newtown. This role allows you to help people achieve their first paid job while building their confidence and independence.

As a community-based position, you’ll work with a small group of learners and collaborate with local employers to create meaningful opportunities. Initial funding is for 12 months, with the potential for extension based on success.
