Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher with QTS to support children with special educational needs in Rochford. This is a full‑time permanent role.

This role requires cultivating a nurturing, secure, and stimulating environment where children with special educational needs can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse learning needs of SEN students
- Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for pupils, setting clear targets and monitoring progress
- Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to support student learning and development
- Assess pupils’ abilities and progress regularly, adapting teaching methods as necessary
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies (e.g., therapists, psychologists) to provide holistic support
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive social and emotional development
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on pupil progress for parents and senior management
- Participate in professional development to stay updated on SEN best practices and legislation

- Experience up to Key Stage 3/4
- QTS/PGCE equivalent
