Senior Chef de Partie Wanted – Immediate Start. Location: St James’s. Restaurant Name: RIVIERA. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at RIVIERA, a Mediterranean restaurant inspired by the cuisine of the South of France, located in the prestigious area of St James’s.

Salary: £15 – £16 per hour (depending on experience). Start Date: Immediate.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally at senior level.
• Background in Mediterranean / South of France cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and seasonal cooking.
• Ability to run a section independently.
• High standards of presentation, quality, and hygiene.
• Team player with a professional attitude.
