Senior Care Lead — Person-Centred Care & Shift Leader

Care Concern Group in Crieff is looking for a Senior Care Assistant offering £14.00-£14.50 per hour. You will guide your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring safety and organization during shifts.

The role requires SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with Level 3 preferred. You will also oversee medication, monitor resident wellbeing, and communicate with colleagues and families effectively.
