SEN TA: Empower 11–16 Minds, NJC Pay from Day 1

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant in Lancashire for the 2026/2027 academic year. Your key role will involve providing support to a student with an Education, Health and Care Plan.

You will work directly with the student to help them access the curriculum and develop life skills. Strong communication skills and patience are essential for this position. In return, you will benefit from fair pay aligned with the NJC Scale from Day 1 and a full-term academic contract.
