Emerald Group is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Chef de Partie for RIVIERA, a Mediterranean restaurant in St James’s. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £15 – £16, depending on experience, with an immediate start.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in a similar role, specifically with South of France cuisine, and should be able to manage a section independently while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
