Their Property Litigation team is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the country, acting on complex, high-value disputes and advisory matters for an impressive client base that includes major developers, retailers, educational institutions and public sector organisations.

Due to continued growth, the team is looking to appoint a talented Property Litigation Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE to join its Birmingham office.

• Commercial property disputes and portfolio management issuesn• Vacant possession strategiesn• Restrictive covenant mattersn• Rights to light disputesn• Landlord and tenant litigation, including 1954 Act renewals and covenant enforcementn• Property development-related risk management, advisory work and litigationn• Strategic and commercially focused property disputes across a diverse client base

About you:

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–4 years' PQEn• Strong academic backgroundn• Trained and gained experience within a leading regional, national or City practicen• Solid grounding in property litigation and contentious real estate mattersn• Technically strong with excellent commercial awarenessn• Passionate about delivering exceptional client servicen• Enjoy business development and building lasting client relationshipsn• Ambitious to develop into a recognised specialist within the field
