Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Personal Injury (Intermediate Track)nFully Remote | Up to £50,000 DOE | Claimant PInnLooking for a fully remote claimant PI role where you can handle more complex litigation without being overloaded with a high-volume caseload?nnI'm working exclusively with a well-established national claimant firm looking to recruit into their Intermediate Track team.nThe role offers a genuine opportunity to handle a mix of Intermediate and Multi-Track EL/PL work, with full ownership of your files from instruction through to settlement, including litigation.nnUnlike many claimant environments, the caseload is manageable at around 70 files, allowing you to focus on progressing claims properly rather than simply managing volume.nnWhy Consider This Role?

This is a well-run claimant PI team where everything is already set up, allowing you to focus on running your cases and achieving the best outcomes for your clients.nnAbout You You'll ideally be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience managing your own claimant PI caseload and confidence handling matters through litigation.nnExperience of EL/PL work is preferred, although candidates from broader claimant PI backgrounds are encouraged to get in touch.n
