The Role From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
- Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning matters
- Managing probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing inheritance tax and succession planning advice
- Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and deputyship applications
- Assisting high-net-worth individuals and families with wealth preservation strategies
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through exceptional client care
- Working closely with other departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives to help grow the department

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Client-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
- STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous
