A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to join its established and ambitious private client team. This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to take on a leadership role within a successful practice, with genuine influence over the direction and growth of the department.
The Role From a recruitment perspective, this is a senior appointment with a broad and impactful remit, including:
- Leading on complex private client matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
- Advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on tax-efficient succession planning
- Overseeing trust structures, estate administration, and wealth preservation strategies
- Managing and developing a team of solicitors and support staff
- Driving business development initiatives and strengthening existing client relationships
- Contributing to the strategic growth and direction of the private client department
- Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
