This role involves a mix of warehouse duties and technical tasks, including preparing equipment for dispatch, operating a counterbalance forklift, carrying out equipment testing, completing checks, and supporting basic mechanical adjustments.This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on individual with warehouse, engineering, or technical experience looking for a varied role.The Role:You will be responsible for preparing, testing, and dispatching specialist equipment while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.Duties Include: Loading and unloading deliveriesOperating a counterbalance forklift (licence required)Checking and organising stockPreparing equipment for dispatchCarrying out equipment testing and quality checksCompleting paperwork and reporting resultsSupporting minor mechanical adjustments and repairsAssisting the wider service team when required About You: Previous warehouse or technical experience preferredValid counterbalance forklift licence essentialPractical and mechanically mindedReliable with good attention to detailAble to work well independently and within a team Why Join Us?Driver Hire Southampton is a trusted staffing agency serving the Winchester and Southampton areas.
