Salary: GBP 28,000 – £32,000 per annum plus bonus. A client in the Diss area is recruiting a full‑time permanent Sales Executive to join their team. Working Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
Must be able to drive due to travel being a requirement of this role.
Key Duties
- Generate and convert new business opportunities while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to handover.
- Grow existing accounts and maintain a strong CRM‑driven sales pipeline.
- Plan and deliver sales and marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer education initiatives.
- Identify target markets and promote through customer engagement and industry events.
- Provide technical advice, product demonstrations, and application‑based solution recommendations.
- Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Deliver sales forecasts, campaign reports, and strategic insights to support business decisions.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Executive position
- Background in technical sales or application engineering
- Experience managing distributors or dealer networks
- CRM and sales reporting experience
- Proven experience in B2B business development or field sales
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and commercially focused
- Confident engaging with customers at all levels
