Freelance Construction PM for £4M Office Build

Psr-Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to lead a new £4m commercial office scheme in Chorley. This freelance role is expected to last approximately 6 months and involves overseeing the project from setup to handover.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Design and Build projects, a strong track record of delivering projects worth £5m-£10m, and certifications in CSCS, SMSTS, and first aid.
