Climate Adaptation Lead (Construction & Maintenance)

National Highways is seeking a Construction & Maintenance Climate Adaptation Lead to join our Environmental Sustainability Division. This role involves developing decarbonisation and climate adaptation policies, working across the company to ensure alignment with long-term strategies. You will lead a small team, engage with stakeholders, and represent the company on relevant committees.

The ideal candidate will be a chartered engineer or environmental specialist with experience in programme delivery and team leadership, focused on promoting a sustainable, low-carbon future.
