Sales Manager

Location: Swansea + Venue/Home Working on occasion

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 + Performance Bonus

As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function, inspire a high-performing team and help shape the next chapter of the UK’s leading wedding and hospitality brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and developing a passionate sales team
• Driving enquiries, conversions and revenue growth
• Refining the customer journey from first enquiry to confirmed booking
• Monitoring performance, KPIs and forecasting
• Working closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Playing a key role in future commercial strategy and growth

About You:

• Proven experience leading a sales team
• Commercially focused and target-driven
• Passionate about customer experience and team development
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Hospitality, weddings, property or other high-value sales experience is advantageous
