The Role
You’ll be supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives within supported living services and residential settings.

Supporting individuals with daily living tasksEncouraging independence and choiceProviding emotional support and companionshipAssisting with community access and activitiesSupporting with personal care where requiredPromoting wellbeing, dignity, and inclusion
What We’re Looking For
A positive, caring, and compassionate naturePrevious support work or care experience desirable but not essentialExcellent communication skillsEnhanced DBS on the Update Service desirableA willingness to learn and make a difference every dayDrivers are welcomed but not essential
