Logistics Administrator
Your new company We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support the efficient coordination of day-to-day logistics operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the logistics team.Your new role
- Coordinate and manage transport bookings, deliveries, and collections
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods
- Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and stock movements
- Process and update logistics documentation, including delivery notes and invoices
- Support inventory control and stock management processes
- Handle customer and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling and route planning where required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations
What youll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Experience with logistics or warehouse systems (desirable but not essential)
