Production Operative Slicing – Corsham
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative Slicing to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Corsham. This role is essential to the production of high-quality hams, ensuring all products meet strict departmental KPIs.
Shift patterns:* Working hours: 06:00 – 14:00* Days: Monday to Friday or any 5 of 7 days including weekends* 40 minutes of fully paid breaks
Pay rates:* £13.00 hourly
Must-have requirements for Production Operative Slicing:* Comfortable working with open (cooked) products, including pork* Strong team player* Excellent attention to detail* Safety and quality conscious* Ability to communicate effectively* Continuous improvement approach
Desirable requirements for Production Operative Slicing:* Previous production line experience is an advantage* Level 2 Food Safety certification* Alignment with core values including availability, humility, discipline, sincerity, simplicity, ownership, and determination
Role for Production Operative Slicing:* Operate slicing machinery to process high-quality ham products* Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with departmental KPIs* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the shift* Collaborate with the production team to improve operational efficiency
