Our client is a growing software company delivering workforce management, payroll and business software solutions to organisations across the UK and Ireland.
They are seeking a Graduate Software Implementation Consultant to join their team and help customers successfully adopt and utilise their software platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career IT professional who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working directly with people.
No coding experience is required.
Instead, we’re looking for someone who enjoys learning new systems, solving problems, communicating with customers and delivering successful projects.
The Role
As a Software Implementation Consultant, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their requirements, configure software solutions, deliver training and support clients throughout implementation projects.
You’ll gain exposure to:
Software implementation projects
Customer workshops and requirements gathering
System configuration and testing
User training and onboarding
Technical troubleshooting
Process improvement
Project coordination
SaaS technology environments
This role offers a blend of technology, customer engagement and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Work with customers to understand their business processes and requirements
Configure software solutions to meet client needs
Test systems and support implementation projects through to go-live
Deliver training sessions and software demonstrations
Troubleshoot issues and investigate solutions
Support customers via Teams, phone and email
Create and maintain documentation and user guides
Collaborate with internal technical and project teams
Build strong long-term customer relationships
