About the Role

Visiting Angels Northern Ireland is looking for an experienced Care Manager to join our Belfast-based team. We’re expanding our operations and growing our team, and this role sits right at the heart of how we deliver care leading our Caregivers team, working closely with our Registered Manager, and making sure every client receives the safe, person-centred care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll oversee care delivery across your caseload conducting spot checks, supervising and supporting Senior Caregivers and Caregivers, reviewing and auditing care plans and risk assessments, and visiting clients monthly to make sure their care is still right for them. You’ll be the first point of contact when something needs attention, whether that’s a client’s changing needs, a staff performance issue, or a safeguarding concern, with full support from the Registered Manager.

You’ll also play a key role in inducting and developing new staff, handling complaints with openness and care, and helping us keep improving how we work. As we grow, there’s genuine scope for this role to grow with us. The role includes participation in the on-call rota and occasional evening/weekend work.
