The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, identifying customer needs, and guiding them through the sales process. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
Working Hours
- 5 days per week
- Saturday working is required
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a professional and consultative manner
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles and products
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain a high standard of product and industry knowledge
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the motor trade
- Good knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
