Your new role As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key point of contact for a fast-moving Digital practice group and an emerging AI team across the UK and EMEA. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide proactive, commercial HR guidance across the full generalist remit, balancing day-to-day operational support with change and improvement activity. You will lead on employee relations cases, support managers with performance and wellbeing matters, and ensure a consistent, high-quality people experience across the business. This is a broad, visible role, partnering with a range of teams including People Operations, Recruitment and Learning and Development, and you will also contribute to projects that help shape how the function supports growth in digital and AI.

- At least three years’ experience in a broad HR generalist and business partnering role, operating at adviser level or above.
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation in Northern Ireland and England and Wales, with proven ER case management experience.
- Confidence supporting and influencing stakeholders, with the judgement to advise pragmatically and escalate risk appropriately.
- Demonstrable experience managing performance, grievances, disciplinaries, flexible working and absence cases.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy, stakeholder-led environment.
- A curious, solutions-focused mindset, with an interest in AI and emerging technology and how it shapes people practices.
What you’ll get in return You will join a high-calibre professional services environment offering a strong package and the opportunity to work with senior leaders in a progressive, evolving part of the business. This role provides genuine scope to broaden your HRBP experience across digital and AI client groups, develop your stakeholder influence, and contribute to a people agenda that supports growth and change.
