Your new role
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues
- Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing systems (leaks, blockages, pipework, etc.)
- Carry out general plumbing maintenance and minor installations
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Participate in an on-call rota (occasional)
What you’ll need to succeed
- Qualified Plumber
- Proven experience in reactive maintenance or similar role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
