We are working with a leading Belfast law firm to recruit a Healthcare/Regulatory Solicitor (1-3 years PQE).
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor to develop specialist expertise in healthcare litigation and advisory work.
You’ll join a strong, well-established team with a reputation for handling complex and high-profile clinical negligence and healthcare-related disputes, alongside advisory and regulatory matters in a fast-moving sector.

The Role
You will:
Work on a broad range of healthcare matters including clinical negligence defence and regulatory/advisory workAssist on complex High Court litigation and healthcare-related disputesDraft pleadings, legal opinions, and advisory documentsWork closely with senior lawyers while developing increasing responsibility for your own caseloadEngage directly with clients and external stakeholders
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
1-3 years’ PQE in healthcare, litigation, defence insurance, or a related contentious practice areaStrong litigation and dispute resolution experienceExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skillsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlinesA genuine interest in healthcare law and public sector work
