At AECOM, we are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Belfast office.
Heres what youll do:
We work across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, data centres, commercial, hospitality, education, and civic projects, serving both public and private clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the technical aspects of projects or defined work packages, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Manage the technical delivery of projects, from interpreting client briefs to coordinating designs with other disciplines.
- Lead and support engineers and technicians, ensuring deliverables align with project schedules and requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure all work and design solutions comply with health and safety standards and company quality assurance procedures.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their professional development and career progression within the organisation.
Qualifications
R eady to push the limits of whats possible?
We are looking for a driven and experienced professional with a strong background in eletrical the successful candidate, you will have:
- Degree in Electrical Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent, working towards chartered status
- Experience mostly of which will have been gained in design within a consultancy environment
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
- Experience in small to medium-sized projects
- Revit proficient
- Be familiar with BIM standards and BIM project delivery
