What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year’s experience within UK immigration law
- Strong working knowledge of the UK immigration system, particularly sponsorship routes
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing your own caseload independently
- Comfortable working with data and systems on a daily basis
- A genuine interest in immigration law and global mobility
- Ability to build strong and lasting client relationships
Desirable
- Exposure to project management principles
- Interest in legal technology and improving client experience
- Confidence or enthusiasm for business development and team growth
