What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working hands‑on in a fast-paced workshop, producing high-quality precision components.
- Setting and operating CNC lathes (FANUC controls)
- Programming (where your experience allows – and helping you grow further)
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Monitoring machining performance and making adjustments
- Ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards
Put simply: you’ll be doing skilled, meaningful machining work with room to grow.
What You Need
Must-Have
- Experience setting & operating CNC machines (lathes preferred)
- Working knowledge of FANUC controls
- Ability to read engineering drawings confidently
- Experience with measuring equipment & tolerances
Bonus Points
- CNC Programming experience
- Sliding Head machine experience
