Multi-skill Trades – Roofer

Calling all Roofers in Worcestershire!

We are looking for experienced and multi‑skilled Roofers to join our successful Responsive Repairs team covering Worcestershire.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, you will complete patch repair work and refurbishments. You will be able to install and replace roofs, and be competent to deliver:

• Tile and slate
• Felting roofs
• Flat roofs
• Ridge and hip tiles
• Chimneys
• Flashing
• Pointing
• Rainwater gutters and down pipes

Qualifications & Experience

• Significant roofing experience
• Time served or a roofing qualification will be a benefit
• Self‑motivated
• Willing to learn new skills
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Experience of working for a social landlord, housing association or council
• Strong customer service skills
• Full current valid driving licence (mobile role)
• DBS check required

There is also the opportunity to earn additional pay from being on the out‑of‑hours rota as required.

This role is for a team based in Worcestershire; you must live here.
