Order Support & Customer Care Administrator

Job Search Place Limited in Stanford-le-Hope is currently seeking Customer Service Administrators. The role involves speaking with customers over the phone about orders and requires strong I.T skills for data input. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills as they will update customers and drivers about order statuses.

This position offers a rotating shift pattern of 8 days, with a mix of early and late shifts. Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred.
