Examinations and Data Assistant
Salary: Grade 5 Point 8-12 (£23,738 – £25,308 actual salary per annum)
Hours: 37 hours per week (8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3.30pm Friday)
Term Time only plus 10 days, Permanent. Start: September 2026.

Kelvin Hall School, part of Thrive Co-operative Learning Trust, is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to support the Examinations and Data Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and analysing the school’s data.
- Responding to queries related to internal and external examinations.
- Ensuring the smooth running of all public exam arrangements.
- Organising day‑to‑day exam‑related tasks.

Requirements
Applicants should have experience in administrative support for educational examinations and data management. Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Proficiency with data analysis tools and MS Office is required.
