Learning Support Assistant — Empower Students (Term Time)

Smbgroup in Loughborough is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to provide high-quality support to learners with identified learning difficulties and disabilities. This role is term time only, offering 33 weeks of work per year.

The successful candidate will support students with varying needs, ensuring they receive appropriate assistance to thrive in their studies. Applicants must have at least a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English and a background in supporting young people.
