Community Rehabilitation Support Worker

East Sussex County Council is looking for dedicated individuals to support older adults in regaining their independence after illness or injury. As part of the Joint Community Rehabilitation service, you’ll assist with personal care, therapy exercises, and emotional support while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

This permanent role offers flexible contracts ranging from 6 to 30 hours per week with a starting salary of £26,824 to £27,254 per annum, depending on hours. Benefits include comprehensive training, pension, and annual leave.
