- Be a resilient and committed brand ambassador ready to raise the bar by recommending and selling our newest food products to customers.
- Provide remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
- Thrive in a high pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is busiest.
- Serve, sell, fill, and help drive growth in sales.
- Utilise digital tools such as Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player who supports others in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Be flexible to work across various areas of the store and adapt to changing retail demands.

Qualifications and Expectations
- Passionate about knowledge of M&S Food products and ready to engage with customers.
- Digitally confident and comfortable using store systems and devices to assist customers.
- Strong team player mindset and ability to contribute to a high-energy environment.
- Flexible availability across various shifts and areas of the store.
