Job Summary
As a Customer Service Assistant you will deliver an excellent customer experience across our entertainment venues, managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, ensuring cleanliness, and preparing food and drinks. Your work will span the Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and bar.
Responsibilities
- Manage reception bookings and handle day‑to‑day customer enquiries.
- Identify and promote sales opportunities to increase revenue.
- Host events and maintain high “fun” standards throughout the venue.
- Maintain cleanliness and food/drink preparation standards.
- Support laser arena, escape room, karaoke and bar operations as needed.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Determined, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- “Nothing is too much trouble” attitude and proactive approach.
- Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
