Apprentice Employability Coach – Help People Launch Careers

Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking an Apprentice Employability Support Worker to assist residents across Torfaen in accessing training and employment opportunities. You will be involved in engaging participants, assisting with assessments, and providing customer care.

This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience while working toward a recognized qualification. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and ICT skills, and a passion for helping others.
