Bank Support Worker

We are advertising for Bank Support Workers to work a variety of shifts across our accommodation projects across Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and professional welcome to residents coming in and out of the building, and spend time with residents who are in the communal areas.
• Perform building checks, deal with emergencies, answer telephone calls, monitor CCTV and undertake minor domestic tasks.
• Use computer‑based systems for recording information (training provided).
• Cover evenings, nights and weekend shifts as required.

Shift Pattern

• Nights – 20:45 – 09:15 (7 nights)
• Evenings – 16:45 – 21:15 (weekdays)
• Weekends – 09:00 – 21:15 (weekends)

Requirements

• Good IT and admin skills.
• Experience working with people who are homeless is essential.
• Ability to cover evenings, nights and weekend shifts.
