About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker you will cheer people on and help them live their best lives by following their personalised support plans. You will provide care and encouragement, carry out sleep‑in duties, keep accurate records and, where necessary, assist with personal care or medication. Shift patterns vary from long days to short days and include sleep‑in sessions for which you will receive an added £60 per session.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the individual in maintaining a safe and comfortable home
- Assisting with daily tasks such as shopping and cooking
- Encouraging participation in volunteering and community‑based activities
- Providing compassionate support with personal care and medication
- Driving is essential for this role
